Our Story
Eolas started in April 2024 with one person and a laptop. The idea was straightforward: build a Defence-focused professional services firm in Canberra that does great work, with great people, and doesn't waste time or money on things that don't support clients or team members.
Since then, Eolas has grown into a trusted Defence and national security partner, supporting clients across capability delivery, governance and workforce development activities. While the business has grown, our approach remains unchanged: stay focused, stay practical and deliver value where it matters most.

All-Hands Days help staff connect and grow
The day combines targeted learning with collaborative sessions designed to reinforce shared priorities and expectations. It also designates time away from delivery to come together as a company and reflect on progress, share context, and align on what comes next. This protects Eolas's culture and nurtures staff development as the company grows.

Our Doors are Always Open
In February 2026 we moved into our office in Fyshwick, which features an open workspace, training room, and large boardroom for meetings, as well as a full-size commercial kitchen and café.
With community in mind, we've enabled this space for free. If you're a solo consultant, founder, or small business owner and need somewhere to meet clients, run a workshop, or just work around other people — our doors are open.
